Reviews
The experience did not match what was advertised regarding entering the forest. We participated in the family activity, but my daughters lost interest rather quickly.
I found the experience disappointing as I couldn't find the exact address in any of my emails or on my ticket in Apple Wallet. As a tourist without a car, it was frustrating that they didn't provide a map to the location.
The nighttime cart ride was a gorgeous experience. It was delightful to enjoy hot chocolate while listening to Canadian stories.
I was let down as there were no real stories to enjoy. They mentioned a bit about the horses and played an instrument briefly, but it felt cheesy. Perhaps they should play some music and tell stories instead. The experience was awkward, and I just wanted it to end.
We experienced our first sleigh ride in mid-December 2025, and it was a great time. The horses were beautiful and strong, and the staff who welcomed us were very friendly. We chose the 5pm tour, which was quite dark and extremely cold, so bundling up is essential, although they do provide warm blankets. Our group of six, including our young adult children, all had a wonderful experience. There were just us and another nice couple on the sleigh. One person managed the horses while the other was our guide and entertainer, who shared amusing stories and played the harmonica. The hot chocolate break by the fire was delightful, and the drink was enjoyable. The duration felt just right, and we are happy we participated. It’s similar to a hayride in the US.
It was truly an authentic experience. We enjoyed a sleigh ride through the forest, with stops for a cozy fire and some hot chocolate.
Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the experience; the snow and horses were a delight. Our guide Vincent kept us entertained with his stories and melodica playing. We also spotted an owl and several deer. It was a fantastic alternative to skiing.
The sleigh ride in Mount Tremblant was wonderful, featuring entertainment and hot cocoa. The kids especially enjoyed petting the horses, and overall, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family.
The ride was enjoyable for everyone involved. We had fun music playing and had the opportunity to stop and feed the horses along the way.
This activity was overpriced. The music lacked engagement, and there were no interesting stories or legends shared. All five of us felt it was underwhelming, and for $20 each, I can't recommend it.
