Join a guided stargazing session that lasts approximately two hours, led by experienced guides who will help you navigate the night sky. You'll learn to identify constellations, planets, and seasonal triangles using high-powered laser pointers to highlight key features.
The telescopes are user-friendly and programmed to point to various celestial objects. Expect to view galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, double stars, and even the International Space Station or Starlink trains if you time it right. Dress warmly and bring a blanket for comfort, as you'll be spending time outdoors under the stars.

This is a must-do in the desert. It was absolutely fantastic. Devon was an incredible guide for stargazing, sharing stories about constellations and using digital telescopes to show us distant galaxies. The experience was truly remarkable. We also enjoyed rafting and canyoneering, but this stargazing excursion ties for first! Highly recommend it.
My experience with communication before the tour was terrible. While visiting Moab without a car, I discovered too late that rideshares were unavailable. I attempted to contact the operator about an hour before the tour to discuss my transportation issue or to cancel, but received no response. It wasn't until after the tour began that I received a call asking my location, at which point I explained my situation. I was informed they provide a shuttle service to the tour site, but no information regarding this was available on the booking page or their website, which stated that no transportation was offered. I have not yet received any information about a refund or compensation despite the mention of it during the call. The lack of effective communication from the operator in a time of need was frustrating, leading to a loss of over $200 with no recourse.
We had a fantastic evening. This activity comes highly recommended. Our astronomer, Devon, was both engaging and well-informed, significantly enriching our experience in Moab and our appreciation for the night skies.

Everything was arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable evening beneath the expansive night sky. I highly recommend this to anyone with even a slight interest in astronomy visiting Moab.

Attending this event in Moab is essential. Devon, an informative and engaging astronomer, made the experience enjoyable and educational. Her camera and telescope assistants were also highly professional and well-equipped. My husband, who has a passion for astronomy, and I really appreciated the experience.
We had a fantastic time during this evening activity! Devin shared a wealth of information in a fun manner that kept everyone engaged. The setup was impressive, featuring multiple telescopes, a hot chocolate and coffee station, binoculars, and comfortable bean bag lounges with blankets. We strongly recommend this experience while visiting Moab.
