Patti was an excellent guide with a talent for storytelling. Having lived in the area for around 30 years, I found the history of Summit Ave fascinating and learned a great deal. The use of an EMS added to the experience, especially when we saw them in action. I strongly suggest that local residents participate in one of these tours.

The sidewalk tour was crowded with more than 40 participants, making it difficult for us to hear the guide. We spent 30 minutes trying to get closer, but the guide did not introduce herself or manage the group's positioning. Frustrated, we decided to leave halfway through, feeling very disappointed.
