Our guide, Cole, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, even showcasing his library card to a trolley full of librarians, though he couldn't quite locate the downtown branch. This tour is certainly worthwhile; I only wish I lived here to experience more of their offerings.
Cole, our tour guide, was fantastic—so interactive and enthusiastic that he made the experience truly engaging. Gabe, our driver, ensured a safe and smooth ride. It was an overall wonderful experience. Just a couple of points: it's more of a playful haunting tour rather than a serious one, and I did experience some motion sickness (which has happened before). If you're prone to it, consider bringing motion sickness medication.

The Pillsbury Clubhouse is a stunning historic structure, but the addition of neon signs and flashing lights detracts from its charm. The tour was just average, as it was hard to view the landmarks in the dark. However, the guide was good and shared the stories effectively.
The tour was quite enjoyable, with the guide and driver displaying great enthusiasm and making the explanations entertaining for both adults and children. It was definitely worthwhile just to explore Minneapolis from the bus. I do wish there had been an option to be dropped off in downtown instead of returning to the starting point. It felt like there was a greater focus on promoting a VIP haunted house add-on tour.
