We had a fantastic day rafting with our exceptional guides, Kate, Charlie, and Rio. As the only participants, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the river, navigating exciting rapids interspersed with relaxing float periods to take in the stunning scenery. Kate's extensive knowledge of the region added depth to our experience. During lunch, we were treated to delicious and plentiful food. We also had a couple of conversations with MRO's owner before our departure; she was professional, considerate, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great time. Despite the rain all day, our guide Jack kept our spirits high, making for an incredible trip. When we reached the end, we discovered a mudslide prevented our return to Riggins, but everyone remained optimistic, turning the situation into a positive experience. This was our fifth adventure with MRO, and every one has been exceptional.

It was a wonderful experience overall. However, it would have been better if another group hadn’t been drinking excessively and taking some of our drinks while boasting about it. Despite that, we appreciated our guide and the time spent together, and the water was fantastic.
