The driver did not speak English despite my request for an English tour, which led to an inability to answer any questions. Although the tour was private, we were instructed to walk to a meeting point and were dropped off far from our hotel, where he could have easily started and ended the tour. There were only three stops and very little information was provided. The guide was not helpful at all. I strongly advise against using this service; it was a huge disappointment.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable experience that was quick and fun for the kids. However, I wish we had received more information about the places we visited. The pre-recorded history was hard to hear and only started playing after we had explored the building.
I was somewhat let down by the fact that the tour was pre-recorded. While the information was good, we couldn't ask any questions. The driver was friendly, but did not seem very fluent in English. Since we were asked which language we preferred, I anticipated a guide who was more proficient.
