We had an amazing experience! The views were stunning and our guides were exceptional. They looked after us throughout. The horses were well-trained and well-kept. Dani attends to every detail and provides outstanding service. This is our top choice for a tour guide company. Thank you very much.
I highly recommend Danitours. The horseback riding experience was fantastic, with easy pickup right off the ship where they had a sign with my name. We ventured deep into the jungle, and the operators treated us very well. After returning to the ship, my wife realized she had lost her phone. We went back to the drop-off point, and a Danitour van arrived. I explained the situation, and the driver went above and beyond to help us retrieve her phone. I never expected we would see it again, and it speaks volumes about his character and the company's commitment to customer care. I suggest them for all their tours.
I had an unforgettable ride thanks to Alex and his father, who were wonderful with the horses and made us feel like part of the family. Their extensive knowledge of the area enhanced the experience. This tour is a must-do when you're in the region; you won't regret it.
I had a fantastic experience with a friendly group and outstanding guides who kept us engaged and supported me as a first-time rider. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that we remained in the mountain areas and didn’t visit the beach during our ride. I would gladly do this again and recommend it to anyone seeking a fun activity in Manzanillo.
The ride lasted nearly 90 minutes and included a group of eight managed by two guides from the tour company. Being short, I found the average-sized horse a bit challenging; a smaller pony would have been more comfortable for me. I decided to opt out in part due to feeling uneasy with only two monitors and some language barriers.
Pipe was an excellent guide, and Dani provided significant assistance. The scenery of the mountains and foliage was stunning. It was an enjoyable adventure, and I would certainly recommend it.
The value for the price was decent, but the description was somewhat deceptive. We couldn't ride on the beach because of high tides, and the rural mountain areas mainly involved riding along roads next to orchards. While it was a pleasant ride, it didn't feel like a true trail experience. The staff were friendly and supportive.
Exploring the ranches while being accompanied by Luis’s dogs was an incredible experience. The horses were exceptionally well-trained, making the ride truly enjoyable.
The tour was called off, and when I inquired about the reason, I was told that the cruise ship's departure time didn't allow for enough time. While I appreciate the cancellation if they couldn't ensure our timely return, the ship's schedule had been known for months. I had reached out to them twice via the app without any response. Even after contacting the tour operator directly, I received no reply. Since the cancellation was made the day before, I had no opportunity to find an alternative, resulting in a wasted day.
This was the worst tour I have ever experienced. I had to make two calls to figure out where to meet, as the pier was large, and ultimately discovered I needed to go outside of it. I was the only participant on the tour, and when I arrived for the horseback riding, the guide didn't speak English and led the horse with a rope, which meant I had no control as I had anticipated from the promotional photos. The tour claimed to take us to a rustic area with a sandy beach, but the "rustic" turned out to be a dirt road with dead vegetation on either side, and there was no beach as they no longer go there. After riding the old horse, I was covered in flea bites and overheated. I expect a refund for this terrible experience.
