  Three different tour with Excellent Choice

  The arrangements were easily made via email weeks prior to our arrival, and everything was executed perfectly. We enjoyed a full day of driving around Mandalay, another full day in Amarapura and Mingun, and a road transfer from Mandalay to Bagan. Among all the drivers we've had globally, Naing stood out as one of the finest. His punctuality, attentiveness to our needs by stopping near entrance gates, ensuring our safety when getting out of the car, and guiding us on purchasing tickets was remarkable. Our experience with Naing was lovely, and he was truly professional, friendly, and helpful. Excellent Choice offered great value for money. While the price doesn’t cover entrance fees, these are modest by Western standards, and we had no issues or long waits for tickets. You wouldn't be able to visit all the places we did using a taxi within the given time. A knowledgeable company like Excellent Choice is crucial for effective time management. Unless you seek an in-depth historical account of each site, a guide isn't necessary since wandering through the monasteries and pagodas was quite safe.

  I had an amazing experience! Htun Htun provided outstanding service, being friendly and approachable while explaining everything clearly. I would rate the places and Htun Htun even higher than five stars. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mandalay. Additionally, Htun Htun is a fantastic photographer.

  Best day trip with a great guide..

  Ye Lin Oo, my driver, arrived promptly at my hotel and demonstrated great professionalism while navigating the route. We visited all the scheduled locations, with ample time to explore each one. My guide's excellent English and focus on safety made the day enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone traveling to Mandalay.

  Quite simply the best tour experience I've ever had.

  This was hands down the best tour experience I've ever had. Although we couldn’t visit all four areas due to civil unrest in Myanmar, the three places we explored were extensive and leisurely. We spent an incredible day at 800-year-old religious sites filled with pagodas, temples, and monasteries. Pictures don’t capture the true beauty of these breathtaking sites. Our guide, Mr. "Choy-yay," was attentive and made our day truly enjoyable, despite his limited English. I highly recommend him. While some extra costs such as admissions and the cart ride have increased slightly since they were listed on TripAdvisor (the cart ride is now $25,000 instead of $20,000), the overall expense is minimal, and the value was excellent for the entire day. We had lunch at a lovely riverside vendor, enjoying a full meal of fried prawns, rice, salad, and drinks for about $15 for three people. Regarding the optional horse-drawn cart ride, it’s a charming way to travel between points, but visibility is limited for sightseeing. However, our driver was very accommodating and stopped several times when we wanted to explore. Be aware that the ride can be rough; those with back issues should consider sticking with Mr. Choy-yay and his comfortable car instead. Our final stop was a wooden bridge, perfectly timed with sunset. It was a beautiful sight and a wonderful way to conclude an incredible day. I cannot recommend this tour and Mr. Choy-yay highly enough.
