This was an amazing experience. Claude is exceptional—very knowledgeable and at ease with his work. As a Malibu tour guide, I've seen Claude in the sky multiple times and decided to try his services myself, despite reading some negative feedback. It turned out to be a fantastic adventure. I opted for the paragliding experience and found Claude's communication great, as he suggested a 9:30 am takeoff instead of my booked 10:00 am, which I appreciated. Meeting at Carbon Beach, we drove together to the launch site, a short hike away, so comfortable shoes are advised. At the launch site, Claude prepared the parachute and secured me in the harness, providing clear instructions for takeoff and landing. The launch took some running but felt safe and exciting, with breathtaking views of Malibu as we glided. I learned to be cautious while filming, but Claude was attentive and helped me when I felt nauseous. Landing on the beach was smooth; just remember to run upon touchdown. Afterward, we returned to the starting point, where I had an incredible time. I highly recommend Claude's services; he was professional and ensured my comfort throughout. The landing on the beach was gentle and straightforward, and I enjoyed about 15-20 minutes in the air. Be sure to apply plenty of sunscreen to protect against the sun. My best tip is to closely follow Claude’s instructions—he’s highly experienced and encourages questions, so try not to overthink it. It feels very secure, and Claude is great to talk with. Overall, I had a fantastic time and strongly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting the area.
We delayed our jump until 11am to allow the clouds to clear. Ascending to a high point in the mountains, my guide, Claude, showed great experience and confidence. I focused on his take-off instructions, despite my fear, trusting the wind to carry us, which it did. Since I didn't feel sick and he had no other clients at that time, he extended our time in the air, allowing me to enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and ocean. After the challenges of the last two years, it felt revitalizing to witness such an awe-inspiring moment in nature. I strongly recommend his company for thrill-seekers; you will not be let down.

The pilot was incredible, possessing an uncanny skill for spotting thermals, which made each of my flights thrilling while ensuring smooth landings. Afterward, I purchased a used set of wings and harness and hired him for lessons. He's truly a gem in Los Angeles.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and relished every moment. After the glide, a lovely 20-minute walk to Malibu Farm Pier Cafe for an Acai bowl and coffee is a perfect way to wrap up the experience.
