I wish I could rate this company higher than 5. They truly deserve more than 5,000 stars. We had an incredible time on the trolley pub in Madison. Initially, we planned to do the paddle pub, but due to the weather, we switched to the trolley pub. They were very accommodating and got us a spot that same day. Our driver, Hannah, was fantastic! She ensured that everyone, ranging from 21 to 60 years old, had an amazing experience.
I really can't suggest this experience. We exited the tour after just 30 minutes. The cart is entirely non-motorized, and not every seat has pedals, meaning half of the guests do all the work. If you end up in a pedal seat, you're likely to regret boarding. The guides were friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. If a pedal cart lacks a motor, they shouldn't sell more seats than there are pedals available.

The scooter lacked a motor, and there were no lights on the trolley while we were using it at night. We only visited one of the three scheduled stops, and it seemed our driver may have been under the influence with two passengers.
Our group of five reserved a tour, but no operator arrived. After waiting for an hour and attempting to call with no response, we were informed by someone from a nearby business that another group had the same issue. We are disputing the charges.
