This 12-acre estate has been cultivating coffee since the 1960s and underwent transformation in 1998 to create a comprehensive coffee and spice farm. Visitors will explore the estate, learning about the processes of coffee cultivation, roasting, and the various spices grown here.

As of September 19, 2023, the estate features the World Coffee Museum, which presents the history of coffee from its origins to the present day. This museum offers an engaging insight into coffee culture, enriching the estate visit further. Comfortable footwear is recommended for walking through the plantation.
