• Transfer from Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) near Amman to your hotel.
Depending on your arrival time, additional activities can be arranged, such as a city tour, cooking class, or wine tasting. Overnight stay in Amman.
• Begin your time in Jordan with a visit to Amman. Tour the Citadel and Roman Theater, two significant archaeological sites, and try falafel and hummus for the first time.
After lunch, travel to Madaba, a small Christian town south of Amman, known for its Byzantine mosaics. The ‘Madaba Map’, the oldest preserved map of the Middle East, is a highlight of your visit.
Next, head to Mt Nebo for views over the Dead Sea and the Judean desert mountains, reflecting on how Moses may have gazed upon the Promised Land from there.

Explore the broader Petra area, including caves, tombs, a Roman theater, palaces, and additional sites. For those interested in hiking, opportunities exist to ascend to the High Place of Sacrifice or the Monastery.
In the evening, choose to stay in a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum for traditional hospitality and stargazing or opt for a hotel in Wadi Musa, adjacent to Petra (see Tour Options below).

• Begin your day with an early transfer from Amman to the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge. After crossing the border, first visit Jericho, known as the oldest continuously inhabited city globally.
Proceed along the Dead Sea toward Masada, the fortress built by King Herod, noted for being the last stronghold of the Zealots against the Romans. The excavations and dramatic location convey the significance of the events that unfolded there.
Stop at Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.
Conclude your day with a dip in the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, and enjoy the unique sensation of floating in its salty waters. Then, travel along the winding road to Jerusalem.
