"Bara" translates to "big." • Next is a stop at Chota Imambara, known as Imambara Hussainabad Mubarak, an impressive monument in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, which took 54 years to complete. • The itinerary then includes a visit to Rumi Darwaza in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, a grand gateway built by Nawab Asaf-Ud-Daula in 1784, exemplifying Awadhi architecture. Standing at sixty feet, Rumi Darwaza was inspired by the Sublime Porte in Istanbul. • Attendees will explore The Residency, also named the British Residency and Residency Complex, a collection of buildings in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, which housed the British Resident General, a representative at the Nawab's court. • A visit to La Martinière College, an esteemed private educational institution in Lucknow, which consists of two campuses for boys and girls, will follow.
