This was not a proper meet and greet service, as it typically involves the driver waiting for you instead of the other way around. For a genuine meet and greet experience, it's better to choose another service that tracks your flight and waits at arrivals.

Our driver arrived late, the vehicle had visible body damage, and it was dirty both inside and out. The check engine light and gas light were both illuminated. While we did reach Manhattan in under an hour, I felt the driver's safety practices were questionable at times. I hope more people share honest experiences. It's better to choose a different company, as the ad's image is misleading.
We booked ahead of time, as we prefer a driver instead of dealing with the taxi or Uber chaos at the airport. Our flight was delayed by around 45 minutes because of weather, but we could communicate during the flight thanks to the free WiFi. Mahmoud, our driver, was very friendly and professional, striking a great balance between conversation and quietness. We definitely recommend White Rose.
