I likely wouldn’t choose this again in NYC; I believe an Uber would serve better, unless it’s in a more remote location.

I would rate this service zero stars if possible, as it was awful and we won’t use it again. Finding our driver at LGA was impossible and promised direct communication with the driver was actually through a third party, which caused delays. When we finally located him, he didn't speak any English and had to remove a child seat since there were four of us. Additionally, there was a plastic shield between the front and back that had mold in several areas. We also didn’t receive the promised bottles of water. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that did not live up to what was advertised.

I paid in advance and provided my flight number, which they used to schedule a pick-up time. However, I waited for more than an hour at border control and exchanged several messages, but all I received was that they couldn't wait for me and offered no alternatives. I lost both my transportation and my money. I won't use this service again. It was a terrible experience.
