When our flight was significantly delayed, and they couldn't provide a larger vehicle at the new arrival time, they proactively informed me and promptly issued a refund for that portion of the service without me needing to request it. For the hotel pickup at the end of our trip, the driver was friendly and punctual, and the van was both clean and comfortable.
