Reviews
Initially, it was a bit challenging to find out when my driver would arrive, but once he showed up, he was fantastic. He had excellent customer service skills, and despite the extensive construction at JFK, he got me to my hotel safely. I would definitely recommend this service.
I arranged a pickup with Airlink for 3:18 PM, but my driver didn't arrive until 4:45 PM despite my four calls. After checking in on time, I waited for nearly two hours. When the driver finally showed up, we still made rounds instead of heading straight to my destination. Even though I was at Terminal 4, we went back to Terminal 1. The service may be inexpensive, but it's not worth the frustration—consider using Uber, Uber Shuttle, or even walking, as you might reach your destination more quickly. The experience was terrible, and I wasn’t alone; there were eight others on the shuttle, all voicing their complaints after waiting between 20 to 90 minutes and then being stuck in traffic for more minutes. Definitely not doing this again.
I was very let down by the service. After arriving in NYC, we waited around 30 minutes for a driver who never showed up. I had two bookings—one for me and one for my friend. When I called the company to inquire about our driver, I was on hold for about 15 minutes. When someone finally picked up, I was told it would take another 30 minutes. I attempted to discuss my friend's reservation, but the representative said, “I don’t care about the other reservation,” and hung up, which was extremely unprofessional. We kept waiting, and I was quite anxious since we were unfamiliar with the city. When the driver arrived, he was also quite rude. He told us to come outside and confirmed my reservation but dismissed my friend's booking by saying, “I don’t care about the reservation.” He then went back to his van to check his phone instead of listening to me. I had to call the company again, and only then did his demeanor improve a bit, although he tried to shift the blame to the previous representative. Sadly, both interactions were not acceptable. In summary, this was a very frustrating and stressful situation. I cannot recommend this service.
It's important to note that there are two welcome centers, one for international arrivals and the other for domestic. Make sure you know where to wait for your pickup.
I paid for a shared ride from JFK to Manhattan, but no one picked me up. I called the company, but they couldn't find my reservation number. I'm requesting a refund due to this terrible experience.
The price was reasonable, but the wait for other passengers at different terminals extended the journey. In total, it took 3 hours to reach the hotel.
The communication was extremely poor. I didn’t receive any text upon my arrival and struggled to get in touch. After calling the provided number and giving my details, it took over an hour for someone to arrive and pick me up, and then another two hours to get dropped off. Feeling distrustful after this awful experience, I canceled my return trip with another company.
The trip from JFK to midtown Manhattan on a Friday afternoon was a hassle-free experience, even amidst commuter traffic. After stressful airport travel, the driver helped us relax and enjoy Manhattan as soon as we entered the van.
A friendly man greeted us at the baggage claim with a sign that had our names. He guided us through the airport to our driver. Ibirihima, our driver, was courteous, amiable, and navigated the traffic expertly.
Our experience traveling from JFK to the Marriott Marquis Times Square was excellent. A greeter welcomed us at baggage carousel 12 and took us to a private SUV for our family of four. Our driver, Roberson, was a chef with a background working alongside Emeril Lagasi and shared some incredible Haitian recipes with us. The ride was enjoyable, and Roberson got us to the hotel quickly. We highly recommend him.
