After booking, I received a WhatsApp message confirming all the details, and the day before arrival, I got another message with the pick-up location and driver's name. Marlon drove us into Manhattan, which is challenging because of the heavy traffic. The SUV was warm and comfortable, making the 1.5-hour trip to our Midtown hotel less of a hassle. The day before our departure, we received another WhatsApp detailing the pick-up time from our hotel. Marlon arrived on time and got us back to JFK in plenty of time for our flight. I highly recommend this hassle-free airport transfer service.
