The pick-up from JFK was awful. They failed to track my flight, and when I contacted customer service, I was left on hold and then disconnected. The driver eventually called, instructing me to go to departures for a specific door number but mentioned he was stuck in traffic. I waited upstairs with no benches for 45 minutes. Another driver called to say he would arrive in 15 minutes. Had I chosen Uber Black like my friend, I would have been at the hotel before I even got into the car. I will never use this company again.
The driver assigned to us abandoned us at the curb, forcing us to wait two hours for another driver to arrive from Manhattan. This organization is exceedingly unprofessional.

Our flight arrived 40 minutes behind schedule, but Richie reassured us via WhatsApp that someone would be waiting. He was there with a sign and helped us with our bags into a spacious SUV. I chose this company for my NYC trip due to claims of safety on their website, despite many negative reviews. Traveling alone with my two daughters for the first time, I prioritized safety. Their site stated the driver would meet us at the Welcome Center. Upon arrival, we checked in there and were told AirLink transports meet at that location. After waiting for 10 minutes and calling the company without a response, a random number contacted me 39 minutes late. The caller, claiming to be our driver, lacked any details about my booking. I asked the Welcome Center staff again if AirLink typically picks up from there, and she confirmed it. I shared my concerns with the driver during our call due to his lack of information. Soon after, another number called, saying our driver waited outside. I voiced my discomfort about approaching a vehicle without any confirmation of our details, and the caller hung up. I opted for alternate transport instead. Upon reaching my hotel by taxi, I called to report my negative experience and requested at least a partial refund, which the company denied, insisting the driver acted correctly. This was untrue, as he failed to show up on time at the Welcome Center as promised. Despite my efforts to ensure a safe transport, the driver refused to come inside, and I was hung up on twice. The only reassuring voice was from the Welcome Center attendant, who confirmed the driver should’ve met us there and empathized with my concerns. Though I recognize fear is subjective and my background from a small town contributed to my caution, especially with my daughters along, AirLink's failure to follow procedure led to a stressful experience. If the driver had been punctual and ready with the necessary information, everything would have gone smoothly, including our planned return to the airport. I feel deeply frustrated with this company on many levels. More importantly, their risk management should be alarmed by the safety risks posed in this situation. I have yet to receive a response after multiple attempts to contact them.

This service was booked through Thomson Holiday, and it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival at JFK, there was no transfer waiting for us. After calling the company multiple times, we were eventually picked up two hours late. For our return to JFK from Times Square, we were rescheduled for a later pickup time, but no transport arrived. I contacted the driver, who seemed frustrated that I called him and claimed traffic was heavy, but after further delays, we were told to seek other transport arrangements as the driver couldn't navigate our street. We had just been waiting and could see the road was clear. Overall, this company fails to account for NYC traffic and provided terrible service. Avoid this service at all costs.
The scheduled pickup was at 5:00 PM, and we arrived at 4:20 PM, ready by 4:40 PM. After a long wait, multiple phone calls, and discussions with the driver, who incorrectly stated it was a shared ride, we were finally picked up at 5:32 PM. This experience ruined one of our two nights here, and I won't be recommending this service in the future.
A great option for traveling from my hotel to the airport. The shuttle van arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule and made two stops en route, adding only a little time to the overall journey. I would highly recommend it.
I had a great experience with this service. A staff member helped me get my suitcase from baggage claim, and the journey to the hotel was smooth, even with the rush hour traffic. I would highly recommend it.
