I had an amazing experience with this tour company. After booking my first excursion through TripAdvisor, I continued with my guide for additional tours. The staff was very friendly and attentive; they even provided transportation to the airport on my final day. I highly recommend this agency for any tours in Lombok.
The experience was absolutely remarkable. The team demonstrated high professionalism and flexibility. After I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, they graciously rescheduled and even tailored the tour for me at no extra charge. I enjoyed a private tour that included both boat and car, which was a delightful surprise. We explored unique desert islands and pearl farms that were not part of the original plans and were able to discover a secluded beach rarely seen by tourists. It truly felt special and off the usual path. Regarding the pink sand, it's not a vivid pink but rather a lovely blend of white sand and crushed red coral. At sunrise or sunset, the beach radiates a soft pinkish tint that is enchanting. This adventure is highly recommended for anyone seeking a personalized and unforgettable experience in Lombok.
Despite the rain, I opted for a tour around Lombok and it was fantastic. The driver knew exactly where to take us and what sights to see. I'm grateful for the change in plans. I had an A+ experience with Mustafa; he’s excellent, so be sure to request him.
Our tour with Junaidi was fun and engaging, keeping us entertained throughout. He even played the role of our photographer at one of the beaches and was very supportive during our snorkeling, especially as we are beginners in swimming. However, the lunch experience at the shack fell short. The wooden tables were unclean and there were numerous flies. We noticed pets, including cats climbing on the tables, which was concerning. The plates and dishes used for our food were also dirty, and while the food was average, the beer priced at $8 to $9 felt overpriced for the setting. This type of operation seems monopolistic, and the tour companies should consider avoiding such unclean establishments. Additionally, it's best to refrain from swimming at the pink beach, although walking around there is enjoyable.
The tour company was an hour late due to incorrect pickup details given to the driver. I would have preferred being in a group rather than alone. Snorkeling was enjoyable and the guide shared valuable information. However, despite stating that I didn't want lunch since it was included, I was disregarded and had to eat, which triggered my autoimmune condition. Additionally, they took photos on their devices without my consent and unexpectedly took us to a weaving village where buying something felt obligatory. As a solo female traveler, I felt pressured and uncomfortable; despite expressing my pain, I was still asked for a 5-star review. I wouldn't recommend this excursion to solo travelers and would rate it a 3-star for the insensitivity displayed.

The water was stunning, and the guide was excellent. Unfortunately, pollution is becoming a significant issue, as there was trash and plastic everywhere. The fish were beautiful, and the boat crew was impressive as well.
The trip was incredibly enjoyable and well-organized, so much so that we booked two consecutive tours. We visited the pink beach and the central waterfall with Bale Laut. Our guide, Nining, was fantastic with excellent English skills, and she took many memorable photos of my wife and me. Additionally, our driver Ilham safely transported us to each location. We had a private tour for both days, which allowed us to visit extra spots like Tanjung Aan Beach for surfing and Merese Hills for the sunset.
