The housekeeping team performed wonderfully. Mr. Susanta and Mr. Subrat P were both very attentive and effective. Each day, the room impressed me with its level of cleanliness.
The hotel staff were welcoming, but the property requires considerable renovation. The rooms need painting, and the bathrooms felt a bit small, especially for larger guests. The staff seemed a bit lackluster, likely due to the clientele. There are numerous pools, but beach access is limited, with many sun loungers already taken. The entertainment was satisfactory, and Marvin stood out. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
