• Service animals are permitted. • Nearby public transportation options are available. • Not advisable for individuals with spinal injuries. • Pregnant individuals are not recommended to participate. • Those with poor cardiovascular health should refrain from booking. • A moderate level of physical fitness is required for participants. • It is advisable to bring personal hiking and camping equipment. • Trekkers are encouraged to carry personal items such as snacks, chocolates, and non-alcoholic drinks during the trek. • Travel insurance is crucial to address unforeseen events like medical emergencies, evacuations, hospital admissions, and medical expenses, which are not included in the package price. • Guests should bring their own necessary medications and personal hygiene products. • Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the tour has started by any guest. • Unexpected costs from events like natural disasters or political upheavals will not be reimbursed. • Personal laundry services are not part of the package. • The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellation with at least 6 full days' notice before the scheduled departure will result in a full refund. Cancelling between 2 and 6 days prior will provide a 50% refund. If cancellation occurs within 2 days of the scheduled departure, no refund will be issued.
How does pickup work?+
Pickup for all travelers occurs at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport. After retrieving your luggage, a company representative will meet you outside Leh Airport holding a sign with your name for an easy transfer. Travelers must arrive at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure or pickup time to ensure adequate acclimatization, in line with health guidelines in Leh, India.
