What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellation will result in a full refund if done at least 6 complete days prior to the scheduled departure. If cancellation occurs between 2 and 6 days before the departure time, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled departure will not receive a refund.
How does pickup work?+
Pickup is available from hotels located within the town limits of Leh. It is necessary to provide flight details or the name of your hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A representative will greet you at the airport arrival gate or in the hotel lobby, displaying a sign with “Exotic Asia Travels.” For accommodations situated outside of Leh town, the meeting point is Leh Main Bazaar (close to Leh Post Office) at 9:00 AM on Day 1.
