The scenery on this bike tour was stunning, and our guide, Johnny, was both friendly and well-informed. Even though only two of us participated, he still went ahead with the tour. The e-assist feature made climbing hills easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience. Additionally, we ran a bit late due to a longer drive than anticipated, but Johnny kindly agreed to start later. While I understand that larger groups might not have this flexibility, we were grateful for it that day. I rate them five stars for customer service. Don't miss this tour; it's suitable for all ages thanks to the e-assist.
