Our two hours on the lake were fantastic. The captain shared a lot of knowledge and with just six of us, it felt very comfortable. We enjoyed a nice mix of sun and shade. The morning timing was ideal! While we got a bit splashed when the boat turned around the bay, the captain provided beach towels, and we found it amusing. I highly recommend this experience on the south shore.
We really enjoyed our time. Sean was both friendly and well-informed about the area. As a mother, I appreciated the peaceful experience on the lake. He was very attentive to our safety, especially when a storm approached, and adjusted our schedule to keep us safe. My only advice would be to skip coffee beforehand since there’s no restroom on the boat and to apply sunscreen; even though it wasn't too hot, I still ended up getting sunburned. Overall, it was fantastic and one of my favorite activities from our trip.
