We took a 2-hour charter boat tour with Captain Brandon, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of our trip. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, and an exceptional guide. His insights into the lake, along with spotting osprey nests, truly enriched the tour. Afterward, he provided excellent dining suggestions in South Tahoe that were perfect for us. We had a great time tubing and enjoyed a stop in a stunning cove near Emerald Bay with beautiful turquoise waters, where we could swim freely from the back of the boat. Brandon also took pictures for us, allowing us to fully savor the experience without worrying about capturing every moment. Starting your trip with this tour is highly recommended; we went on our first full morning in Tahoe, and it shaped the rest of our vacation. If you're considering it, definitely go for it – it's worth every dollar.
