The day was packed but manageable. The small group size allowed for easier transitions at each stop. Although traffic in Rome can be slow, our driver maintained the schedule. Despite the limited time, I felt we got a good sense of the city and returned to the ship feeling relaxed.
Although we only had a few hours, we were able to experience the main attractions. Walking by the Colosseum and tossing a coin in the Trevi Fountain was truly memorable. The semi-private group made everything run smoothly, and the driver was on time.
Our guide was highly attentive, addressing questions and adjusting the pace to suit the group's comfort level. I particularly valued how we bypassed long waits and unnecessary stops.
