The olive oil, lunch, and wine experience was fantastic. We learned about the production of extra virgin olive oil, which was eye-opening. Exploring the wine cellar with its damp volcanic walls was fascinating. We saw olive trees and three grape varieties before enjoying a lovely outdoor lunch paired with four generous wine tastings. Our guide Serena was excellent, giving us ample time to eat, converse, and ask questions without any pressure to purchase wine, although we chose to buy some. This was one of my favorite excursions.
This tour was fantastic! We enjoyed every moment. It provided just a brief overview of wine production but offered extensive insights into olive oil making, which was exactly what we were looking for. The lunch, along with the wine and olive oil, was delightful.
