He successfully navigated a tricky turnaround at our hotel during pickup, which he managed perfectly and right on time. We were amazed, especially with the chaotic driving we noticed in LA with drivers cutting into lanes suddenly and opening doors into traffic. Thomas assured our safety throughout the day. Regarding the tour itself, Thomas is not your average guide; he genuinely cares about your interests and what you want to see instead of just following a set itinerary. He asked us about our preferences and adjusted his route accordingly, but he also had a plan in case we were uncertain, which worked out perfectly. We saw everything we had hoped for and more, including main attractions and some lesser-known sites. We even made an unexpected stop to admire an interesting piece of art. Thomas has a wealth of stories about the history of various locations and can recommend restaurants, hotels, bars, or anything else you're curious about. Since this was an all-day tour, I was initially concerned about restroom breaks or meal times. However, Thomas was very considerate of our needs, ensuring we had the necessary stops. We enjoyed lunch at a fantastic place with plenty of dining options and had time for some shopping afterward. He even included a stop for souvenirs. One tip for upcoming guests is to take advantage of the charging stations available in his comfortable van. I didn’t bring my charging cord and ended up with a drained battery while trying to take pictures. I highly recommend this tour company and will definitely book with Thomas again on our next trip to the area. There's so much more we want to explore, and there’s no one better with whom to spend the day than Thomas.
