• The viewpoint is situated at the southern edge of a crater designated as a Natural Monument, providing spectacular views of Santa Cruz de La Palma with the port visible in the foreground. To the opposite side, the vista extends to La Palma Airport. • La Cumbrecita viewpoint is located within the Caldera de Taburiente National Park and is among the most popular viewpoints on the island, known for its striking beauty and views into the interior of La Caldera. From this viewpoint, the Route of the Galleries begins, leading to the camping area of the Caldera de Taburiente, and is only recommended for experienced hikers. • Puerto de Tazacorte Beach is deemed one of the finest beaches on the island. Featuring volcanic black sand that is suitable for swimming year-round, it is ideal for a relaxing day by the sea, surrounded by a vibrant marina, promenade, and several restaurants specializing in fresh fish dishes. • This Plaza or Mirador, created by the artist Luis Morera between 1993 and 1996, is notable for its beautiful mosaic artworks, which incorporate pergolas along with benches adorned with broken ceramic tiles, a stage constructed from lava stones, and landscaped with native Canarian plants.
