This tour is fantastic, featuring an exceptional guide. Alfredo is knowledgeable, entertaining, honest, and truly passionate about his work. I've experienced many tours across different countries, and he stands out as one of the best. It's a great value, and I highly recommend it.
We ascended the 2400 m Santa Ana Volcano, guided by Alfredo Diaz, who ensured we climbed at a comfortable pace without excessive fatigue. The views from the top are breathtaking, and our descent concluded at a restaurant overlooking Lake Coatepeque. It was a fantastic adventure.
Isaac was an incredibly welcoming and attentive tour guide. His knowledge and kindness made the entire experience enjoyable and easy to engage with. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the volcano and lake!
I highly recommend David as your guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive to the group. The smaller group size was beneficial as crowds can be overwhelming. It was quite dusty, so I wish I had a face covering, although some spots were less dusty and required deep breaths. The hike was manageable, and the lunch with a view of the lake was excellent. Overall, I give it a perfect 10/10.
Our stay was truly unforgettable thanks to Mr. Alfredo Díaz. He provided us with a magical, one-of-a-kind experience. The service was excellent, and I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.
Alfredo made this trip incredible; having him as our guide truly enhanced the experience. It wouldn't have been the same without his presence.
