Reviews
I found the ongoing excavation of this pre-Columbian Mayan village fascinating. However, the museum lacks air conditioning.

This tour was fantastic. The guide staff was excellent—helpful and knowledgeable. Alfredo Diaz was an outstanding guide. I appreciate the wonderful experience.
Mr. Stanley was an outstanding guide. He provided comprehensive historical insights about each ruin in both Spanish and English, blending his explanations with humor and factual evidence. I highly recommend this tour.
We really enjoyed our time on the Mayan Route with Stanley and Omar. As first-time visitors to the archaeological sites in El Salvador, we appreciated the excellent attention and the insightful information Stanley provided at each location. We highly recommend this tour.
I want to extend a big thank you to my tour guide Stanley. His wealth of information and friendly demeanor were absolutely top-notch. I also appreciate our driver Omar, who was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.
The tour guides were excellent! I strongly recommend this tour company as they possess extensive knowledge. They communicated in both English and Spanish for our group.
Alfredo Diaz, my tour guide, was exceptional. His deep knowledge of Salvadoran history, culture, plants, and flowers made the tour both engaging and educational. I gained a wealth of information from his insights. We explored three different Maya ruins, each offering its own distinct scenery and cultural significance, ensuring that the experience remained diverse and interesting. With just two guests in total, plus Alfredo and another staff member driving, the tour felt personal. Although I don’t speak Spanish and my fellow guest was an English speaker, both languages were used throughout, creating a smooth and organized experience. All entry fees to the ruins were covered in the tour cost. We left around 8:30 AM and returned around 5 PM. I highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a more profound understanding of Mayan culture and history, while enjoying a well-structured experience.
I strongly recommend this tour. Our driver, Jorge, was punctual at the hotel, accompanied by our guide Adonis. We explored all the Mayan sites mentioned in the itinerary and enjoyed a lovely lunch at a restaurant with a view of Lake Coatepeque on our way back. The day concluded with a drop-off at my hotel. It was an incredible experience.
