Reviews
The experience was fantastic and the tour was incredible. It can be somewhat demanding and you should expect to get splashed! However, the scenery and the information we gained about the area were outstanding. Our guide, Zack, was very informative and ensured we had fun throughout. My wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves and found it well worth the trip.
Zach was an outstanding tour guide, sharing a wealth of knowledge and fascinating facts. Although we couldn't kayak into the caves due to large waves, he enhanced our experience by informing us about the wildlife, the cave names, and what the ocean floor would reveal. I highly recommend this tour; it was truly an enjoyable adventure.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The organization was excellent, and the guides were knowledgeable, prioritizing safety while ensuring a fun atmosphere. We encountered various wildlife, including pelicans, leopard sharks, orange fish, seals, and more.
The tour was quite unexciting. It involved just a 1km round trip to the sea and back. I didn't get to drive through any caves, and overall, it felt like it wasn't worth the time.
Paddling in the sea with the guides was enjoyable, but we didn't visit any caves or see sea lions as mentioned, since we just went out on the water. The guides were entertaining and shared plenty of information about the reserve, but the experience didn't match what was advertised.
The kayaking adventure was fantastic. Our guide was both knowledgeable and engaging. The January weather couldn't have been better. We spotted Leopard Sharks, schools of fish, a Guitar Fish/Shark, seals, birds, and even a Sea Turtle. The water was incredibly clear, allowing us to see the ocean floor at depths of over 20 feet.
The title of this tour, referring to the 7 caves, is misleading; we weren’t able to enter any of the caves during our trip. Instead, we paddled out, made stops along the way, and only observed sea lions diving into the water.
Other travelers should definitely verify if the caves will be part of the tour before signing up. During our trip, high waves prevented us from seeing the caves despite the guides' best efforts to ensure safety. Most of the boats in our group capsized, and some passengers got seasick. It was frustrating to hear only when we were already on the water that we wouldn’t be able to visit the caves, as that was the main reason for our booking.
Our kayak adventure was a lot of fun. The guide, who is a marine biologist, was well-informed about the environment and expertly ensured we had everything we needed for a safe and enjoyable experience.
It exceeded my expectations! The guide provided a wealth of fascinating information and we visited many interesting sites.
