Paul Anthony was outstanding. During our drive from Coronado, he shared fascinating information about the areas we passed through and the history of San Diego. He was entertaining, engaging, and even took photos for us. I give him 5 stars. The wineries offered stunning views, and the charcuterie at one was delightful, while the pizza served with homemade breadsticks at the other was excellent.
My husband and I chose this experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Paul Anthony was fantastic and really made it enjoyable. While I don’t believe it's worth $570 for two people (including tip), we had a wonderful time overall.

I didn't anticipate the driver providing constant commentary, as I expected a chauffeur rather than a guide. It would have been nicer to spend time chatting with my friends. The information was aimed at beginners, lacking depth for experienced wine enthusiasts; it felt very basic instead of informative regarding grape varieties and wine styles. I appreciated the wine at the first vineyard with Bernardo, though it was quite touristy. The second location offered great views, but the wine was average. There was an abundance of food, yet options were limited unless dietary restrictions were stated upfront. The pizza was loaded with pork products, which I can't eat. I expected to choose toppings, but that was not the case. Although the guide was friendly, the experience did not meet my expectations.
This excursion was fantastic. I considered myself a sweet wine lover, but I took our chauffeur's advice and was pleasantly surprised. The wine, food, and company were excellent, complemented by Paul Anthony's engaging insights throughout. I highly recommend it.
