I also contacted customer service, who said they would reach out to the operator. This experience was quite unprofessional.

Our group of 13 from the Netherlands took a city tour in Kuwait with Walid, who proved to be accommodating even when our flight was delayed. The tour, conducted in a minivan, covered the key attractions of Kuwait City, and Walid had a keen sense of timing, knowing when to linger and when to move on. His English was clear and easy to understand. In just half a day, we experienced all the highlights of the city, and I wholeheartedly recommend Walid's tour.

A mix of experiences, but the weather did not cooperate.
This was the absolute worst experience. We reserved an 8am slot, but no one arrived. When I reached out, I was told they wouldn't come until 9:30, despite the early booking being available. At 9:30, still no one showed. I contacted them again, and they said they were too busy and would cancel. We wasted hours and were leaving Kuwait today. I'm extremely disappointed, and think they should be removed from this platform.
This was a great way to get to know Kuwait City and explore some of its museums. The day wrapped up nicely with dinner and shopping in the souk.
