The organization of the tour was quite poor. I believed my booking was for 8:30 AM, but it turned out the kiosk opened then and the tour actually started at 10:45. I was informed that a message had been sent the day before with the updated time, which I never received. This last-minute change caused me to cancel other plans since the tour began two hours later than anticipated. It would make more sense to inform customers of the tour time at the moment of booking instead of just the kiosk opening time.
This shore excursion was truly fantastic! The caves are breathtaking and a must-visit while in Slovenia. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area's culture and history. The pick-up was conveniently located right off the ship, and they were timely in bringing us back. I would highly recommend this experience.
The caves were fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed them. It’s conveniently close to the port, with a bus that picks you up from the ship and brings you back. The castle was stunning.

The experience was both beautiful and captivating. There was quite a bit of walking and it was a bit cold. While I couldn't hear the guide well, that was due to the cave staff. The ground was quite slippery, so wearing sneakers is advisable. The train ride was unique and enjoyable.

The caves were stunning, with expansive views seen both by train and on foot. The experience lasted 90 minutes, including about one kilometer of walking in a refreshing 10°C temperature.
The cave visit turned out to be the biggest letdown of our Slovenia trip. They lack Spanish-speaking guides, so we regrettably opted for English tickets, which cost over €140. We were crammed together with more than 80 people, all managed by a single guide. Out of the 90 minutes, 45 were wasted waiting and boarding the train for the 3.5 km round trip. Only 30 minutes were allocated to explore the 1.5 km of the cave, with just three stops for the guide to share information after waiting for everyone to catch up. Overall, it left little time to appreciate the experience, which is disheartening given how far we traveled to see the caves, all just to maximize ticket sales.
