• Appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels • A minimum of 1 person is needed for a one-bedroom booking • The maximum group size per booking is 8 individuals • The minimum guest age is 1 year • A vegetarian meal option is available; please indicate the request at the time of booking • For Deluxe boats, air conditioning operates in the bedroom only from 10 PM to 6 AM • Due to government regulations, the houseboat remains stationary from 5:30 PM until 8 AM the next day • Guests must buy beverages prior to boarding the boat • Please refer to the following boat types according to the number of travelers: • 2 people: 1-bedroom private boat • 3 people: 1-bedroom private boat with 1 additional mattress • 4 people: 2-bedroom private boat • 5 people: 2-bedroom private boat with 1 additional mattress • 6 people: 3-bedroom private boat • 7 people: 3-bedroom private boat with 1 additional mattress • 8 people: 4-bedroom private boat • 9 to 10 people: 4-bedroom private boat with 1 to 2 additional mattresses • There will be 3 staff members on board. Charges for the houseboat are based on the number of rooms. Thus, if a 1-bedroom boat is booked but a 3 or 4-bedroom boat is provided, only one bedroom will be accessible, and the others will remain locked.
What's the cancellation policy?+
A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 3 full days prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure will not receive any refund.
