• Meeting Point and Tour Introduction: Please gather at Wilson Tours by 8:30 am for a brief introduction to the tour. • Departure to Vaikom: At 8:30 am, begin a one-hour journey in an air-conditioned vehicle to the backwater village of Vaikom. • Backwater Village Experience: Once at the village, partake in a two-and-a-half-hour cruise aboard a non-motorized punting houseboat. Enjoy a tasty vegetarian lunch served on banana leaves in the village. An English-speaking guide will explain village activities, including the processes of rope making from coconut fibers, mat weaving, and information about various spice plants. • Canoe Boat Ride and Tea Session: After lunch, there will be a one-hour canoe ride, during which guests can relax and enjoy a tea session. • Return to Cochin: Following the activities, we will return to Cochin. • Tour Conclusion: The tour will end at 4:30 pm in Cochin.
