Solo travelers must pay the rate for two persons to secure a private room, as individual room rates are not offered at the hotels. • For groups of three, the third person will be adequately accommodated in the same room with an additional bed (rolling cot) at hotels, and a mattress will be provided on the houseboat. Arranging a separate room for the third person is possible for an extra charge. • Infant seats can be provided with prior notice for an additional fee. • Full name, passport number, expiration date, and country are required at the time of booking for all travelers. • Travelers should secure any necessary visas before arrival, as obtaining visas is entirely the responsibility of the traveler.

Cancellation is fully refundable if made at least 3 complete days prior to the planned departure. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure will not receive any refund.

This is a private tour, allowing for pickup from the railway station, bus stand, airport, or hotels located within Cochin city. If the pickup or drop-off place differs from these locations, arrangements can be made for an extra fee. A minimum of 2 passengers is needed to qualify for the specified rate.
