Solo travelers must pay the rate for two to ensure a private room, as individual room rates are not offered at the hotels. • For three passengers, the third individual will be comfortably accommodated in the same room with an additional bed (rolling cot) at the hotels, and a mattress will be supplied on the houseboat. If a separate room for the third person is desired, it can be organized for an extra charge. • Infant seats can be provided at an additional fee if requested in advance. • At booking, full name, passport number, expiration date, and country are required for all travelers. • Travelers must secure any necessary visas before arrival. All visa requirements are the exclusive responsibility of the traveler.

A full refund is available if cancellation occurs at least 3 full days prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure will not receive any refund.

Pickup is conducted privately, allowing for collection from the railway station, bus stand, airport, or hotels located within Cochin city. If you require pickup or drop-off at a location other than those specified, arrangements can be made for an additional fee. It is important to be aware that the journey from Cochin to Munnar takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours via ghat roads, so it is recommended to travel directly to Munnar if arriving before 4 PM. A minimum of two passengers is needed to qualify for the stated special rate.
