A lovely Valentine's Day cruise offers a unique dining experience and an opportunity to share quality time with your loved one on this romantic occasion.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the riverfront cruise. It was a delightful short outing, with friendly service, a well-maintained boat, and tasty food. Captain Paul was both entertaining and informative, enhancing the experience. I strongly suggest this cruise for dates, family outings, or just a fun day out.
Make sure to allocate enough time for parking and walking to the Marina. There are numerous signs to direct you to both the parking area and the Marina entrance.
We took the 5-7pm cruise without the dinner option, which still provided drinks and snacks. The captain was great, warmly welcoming everyone. The drinks were enjoyable, and the atmosphere was friendly. Two hours felt perfect, with lovely views of the unique historic homes. However, we did have an issue as no one came to take our food orders until the tour was over half complete, and they had run out of many appetizers. We tried the pretzel and cheese, which was decent, but we barely had time to finish. I would highly recommend the experience.
The staff was very professional, and we had a wonderful time taking in the beautiful views during the riverboat cruise.
The crew and captain were incredibly attentive and supportive. They even went out of their way to transport my 87-year-old mother in a golf cart to our car, which was parked quite a distance from the boat. The food and drinks offered were excellent.
A peaceful and soothing river ride that was enjoyable. The staff provided a professional and friendly service, and the views along the way were also quite captivating.
The experience was fantastic and very relaxing, with a three-course lunch. The staff was friendly, and the overall ambiance was delightful.
We had a lovely time on the river cruise. The dinner was enjoyable, and the service was great. My husband and I truly appreciated the experience.
There seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding the tour's focus. We expected to learn about Knoxville's history and the river's significance, but instead, it turned out to be more of a food, drink, and 70's music cruise. Information was minimal, limited to a single sheet with obscure facts, and when I inquired about local history, the staff and captain could not provide any insights, often responding with "I don’t know." Had I anticipated this type of experience, I wouldn't have made the reservation.
