This scavenger hunt was a delightful experience for us. Although we're from Tennessee and have visited Knoxville multiple times, we didn't know about the stunning areas included in the tour. Additionally, I had some issues with my app, but customer service at Let's Roam was incredibly responsive, picking up on the first ring and providing great assistance.
A great mix of fun and education for couples, offering a solid workout. The experience includes intriguing historical insights along with enjoyable company.
I do not recommend this tour. It seemed poorly organized in the app, and the cost felt excessive for what we got. We paid $36 for three people, but one person could have easily shared the information while we walked. There was no real scavenger hunt aspect; it was merely an overpriced self-guided walking tour.
I surprised my wife for her birthday, and she had an amazing time. Our kids enjoyed it as well. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.
The app was difficult to navigate, and I had to reach out to support for assistance. After figuring it out, we visited the first site only to find that it offered minimal, and often no, historical context about the places. I believe it wasn't worth the cost; I could have easily searched for key locations in Knoxville online.
The walking map with live directions from one building to another was enjoyable. The multiple choice quizzes added a fun element. Collaborating as a family made the experience even more engaging. We covered nearly 4 miles, but the scavenger hunt kept it enjoyable. I would certainly participate in another self-guided tour like this.
