Eli really knows how to create a great atmosphere on the bus. He provides plenty of information and pays close attention to his visitors with snacks like bananas and water. His deep knowledge of this beautiful island shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion.
Our tour of St Vincent with Eli and Big Up was wonderful. Eli was an exceptional guide, full of knowledge about the island. The entire experience was excellent, and we cherished every moment. It was definitely the highlight of our cruise.
I had a fantastic experience on this tour. Eli demonstrated great professionalism and shared a lot of information about his stunning workplace. The itinerary was excellent, especially the Pirates of the Caribbean and the beach lunch. Eli's enthusiasm for his job was evident. The taxi was spotless, and the views from the windows were impressive.
The trip did not take place because the supplier was not informed about the booking. It seems Viator accepted a reservation for a tour that was not operating. It's advisable to book directly with the suppliers whenever possible.
The taxi tour guide did not arrive, and I was assigned to a different person. I had paid for a 7-8 hour tour but ended up with just 5 hours. This feels unjust and I feel cheated.
Our group of ten, consisting of five couples aged 40 to 68, thoroughly enjoyed the tour led by Eli. We experienced a lot and found all essential elements of a good tour present, along with drinks and snacks. One suggestion for Eli would be to share more historical context about St. Vincent, including insights on the first colonialists, the island's current political status, and contemporary living conditions such as per capita income and the job market. Overall, it was a fantastic tour that provided a great impression.
