The Trolley Tour was able to fit us in for a 5 PM tour, despite it not being on the schedule, thanks to Bill. We had a great time exploring Kingston, and Bill's customer service was outstanding. Our entire family had a wonderful experience!
The tour was engaging, but I found it challenging to fully grasp what the driver was saying due to issues like volume, microphone positioning, and speed of speech. I believe a pre-recorded narration in both English and French would enhance the experience.
Purchasing the K pass was definitely worth it. It grants access to nearly all attractions along the route. Our driver, Richard, was exceptional; he was knowledgeable and openly shared interesting details. He also recommended the best attractions to visit during our limited time.
