If you can only choose one tour in Kingston, make it this one. I took the 4pm tour, which was just me and Jeff. We cycled along the waterfront, past the penitentiary, through City Hall Park, past Queen's University, and back to the wharf. The bike was comfortable and user-friendly, with only a short incline. Jeff provided insightful explanations of Kingston's history while discussing the residents' views on development challenges. The pricing is excellent compared to other local tours. He also took some photos for me and was very helpful throughout the ride.
