We stayed for just one night and wished it could have been longer. Brenda, TJ, and Teresa were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. The wagons were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We spent an additional $25 for wood and enjoyed a nice fire by our cabins, which was ideal for the pleasant evening. Brenda recommended a brief hike up the hill for a stunning sunset view over the Grand Canyon. The animals were beautiful, and while we didn't dine on site, there were many options available. Overall, it was a fantastic and enjoyable stay close to the west rim, and I highly recommend a visit.
We enjoyed an incredible day. Our guide Mika was outstanding; his wealth of knowledge and sense of humor made the experience even better. The helicopter ride was a bucket list item fulfilled and a cherished memory. Thank you!

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing and left me in tears. The company that offered the helicopter tour also owns this place, and it turned out to be a complete letdown. The store, the helicopter ride, and the property were all underwhelming. It's not worth your money. Although the pictures may seem attractive, they don't reflect reality. I strongly recommend checking reviews and considering other options.

Our group’s experience at Grand Canyon Glamping Resort was remarkable and thoughtful, especially near the West Rim. At the Ruckus Range, the staff skillfully guided us through the various activities, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of the area. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the staff's proactive approach—they constructed a custom wheelchair ramp to our glamping dome that very morning to meet our group's needs. While the property is already ADA compliant, this extra step exceeded expectations. They were also attentive to our service dog, creating a seamless and welcoming atmosphere. From our first meal in the relaxed saloon and restaurant, we received genuine and caring service. The owners and team quickly remembered our names and preferences, making us feel like valued guests. We enjoyed leisurely hikes on the spacious property and had friendly conversations with both staff and fellow guests. Our glamping dome was spotless and comfortable, striking a perfect balance between luxury and nature. What makes this resort special is its self-sufficiency, powered entirely by solar energy and using well water, which we only discovered when we inquired, as everything functioned impeccably. The Starlink internet provided reliable connectivity with no interruptions, which was impressive given the remote location. This resort stands out as a peaceful and authentic experience that prioritizes each guest's comfort. If you’re looking for a place to relax in stunning natural surroundings, enjoy delicious food and attentive service, and address mobility or pet needs, Grand Canyon Glamping Resort is unmatched. We are eager to return. I highly recommend this resort and suggest booking with confidence.

The entire experience was very disappointing. I purchased the all-inclusive package but found the food to be quite poor. I also paid extra for fire-side chairs that were never provided, and despite asking twice, no one came to light the campfire. The distance to the Skywalk was misrepresented; it took at least 15 minutes instead of the 2 minutes advertised. Furthermore, the tickets for the Skywalk were invalid as they had already been used on March 21. When I called the company to report this, I was left on hold for 17 minutes. Ultimately, I had to pay an additional $200 at the Skywalk for admission as no one from the glamping resort addressed the issues they caused. The Skywalk staff mentioned that I wasn't alone in facing such problems with the tickets from the resort.
We were seeking a convenient accommodation near Grand Canyon West, which is just a two-hour drive from Las Vegas and only 15 minutes from the skywalk. This place has a nostalgic camping vibe that suited our needs perfectly. They offer chair rentals and sell firewood. We enjoyed our stay in a tipi with a restroom (but no shower) and found the mattress to be the best I've ever slept on outside my home. The sandwich we had from the restaurant was large and tasty. Brenda and TK were incredibly helpful and friendly. Don’t forget to inquire about the donkey and her baby!
