This experience is absolutely essential. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, we felt truly welcomed. We learned about local foods at a market and then cooked with those ingredients ourselves. Making a delicious Thai meal with fresh, local ingredients was incredible. Chef Wandee, Chef Sarah, and Sous Chef Bo guided us patiently and were excellent teachers. Our food was tasty, and the entire process was enjoyable while providing valuable insights into Thai cuisine in a laid-back atmosphere. Thank you for such a memorable highlight of our trip.

Chef Wandee and the trainees were very encouraging, making the experience enjoyable. After cooking, we enjoyed our creations, which included two starters - deep-fried prawns wrapped in noodles and papaya salad - and two mains, red curry with chicken and prawn Pad Thai. It's good to arrive with an appetite, as a light breakfast is advisable beforehand. Overall, this was a fantastic experience that offered great value, providing not only cooking skills but also a cultural insight into Thailand. I highly recommend it.

Our first stop was the local markets to gather fresh ingredients. Then we headed to the cooking class, where we received personalized one-on-one attention in a wonderful setting. The outcome was a unique Thai cooking experience, with everyone enjoying a delicious four-course lunch at the end. Our host and her team were highly professional and excellent educators. It offered incredible value for the money.
This experience was incredible and truly enjoyable. We visited the market to purchase authentic handmade curry paste that smelled amazing, as well as organic raw coconut oil, which is excellent for skin. The cooking class featured delightful dishes, alternating between spring rolls and papaya salad, and then we made either panang chicken or prawns, or Tom yum soup. I was excited to learn the traditional Thai cooking methods! The little details, like crushing lemongrass and onion, significantly enhanced the flavor, making everything delicious.
