I arranged for an airport taxi with "SMILE TAXI" to take us from Phuket to our hotel in Khao Lak, booking through Trip Advisor. The Thai driver reached out via WhatsApp with helpful information, and we found our names on a card at the airport. The service was very good, and the driver was excellent. I used the same service last year and found it exceptional. The only drawback is that I struggled to rebook my return trip online due to a confusing form, but it would be simple for the hotel to contact SMILE TAXI to arrange that. Despite the minor issue, I would highly recommend them.
