The pickup and drop-off from the hotel were smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our guide, Tony, was exceptional. It was an amazing experience to watch the elephants in their natural habitat. The tour is mostly ethical, as interaction is limited to feeding, allowing for close encounters only when the elephants choose to. I highly recommend it. Just be aware that although the confirmation email states the balance can be paid by credit card, only cash is accepted, so be prepared.
This is a small sanctuary where the elephants are well-cared for. There is no riding, bathing, or any form of exploitation. All the elephants are rescue animals and visitors can feed them snacks and accompany them in their daily activities.
We were picked up promptly and had a quick 15-minute drive. Our guide Tony was outstanding, providing excellent explanations throughout. We enjoyed taking photos while eating bamboo and berries, watched the elephants play in the water, and helped wash them down. We even made a banana and vitamin mortar to feed the elephants. Be sure to wear trainers instead of flip-flops, as someone had an issue with theirs. It was a fantastic experience that we truly loved.

This was an outstanding experience with five lovable elephants. There was no petting or forced interactions, and the staff were attentive like lifeguards at all times. Long lives to these amazing animals! I highly recommend it, and make sure to bring mosquito repellent.
