Captain Stewie was wonderful. Even though it was raining before our snorkeling trip, he postponed it by an hour, ensuring we enjoyed perfect weather. We saw plenty of fish and had an excellent boat ride to the reef.Diane_O

  4. Snorkeling trip to the Florida Reef from Key Largo by catamaran, Key Largo4

    4. Snorkeling trip to the Florida Reef from Key Largo by catamaran

    4.6· 127 reviews· 4 hours

Three hours of snorkeling at the Florida Reef on a spacious 45-foot catamaran, with flexible exploration and support from a professional crew.

I would not recommend this trip for snorkelers. It felt primarily focused on divers, with snorkelers merely there to fill spaces. I wasn’t even allowed to sit in the shade of the boat and had to move to the designated seats in the sun, despite explaining my need for shade due to health concerns. Additionally, we weren’t permitted to leave the boat until all divers entered the water. My experiences on boats before have never involved such poor treatment. Regarding snorkeling, the first stop was decent but the second was far too deep, clearly designed for diving. Overall, I found this tour disappointing. We also departed over an hour late, causing us to miss our evening plans. The operation seems poorly managed.H_L
